My Yukon is my daily driver work truck. Many miles a day.
I keep almost everything stock, but the head unit's time is up.
I'd like XM radio. Hence the upgrade. Used the XM unit on the dash for a while but it's time to upgrade.
I like simple. The stock unit, like most stock radios, is simple and easy for a working guy like me. My Blaubunkt in my Jeep is too complicated and the buttons are stupid small. Hate it.
Some direction from you all would be nice.
Do I just abandon the CD player and install a simple head unit from Crutchfield? Is there a relatively simple touch screen unit out there that fits?
Do I really need to cut up the dash or have it remolded?
