I have a 2004 tahoe, got a good deal on an eibach kit and installed it about 3 weeks ago. Ended up with the "rake of death". Swapped out my smooth ride shocks for bell tech, removed the spring absorbers & cut the bump stops, it lowered it, but then the springs were making a horrible noise when driving so I reinstalled the spring absorbers. It helped, but I still have noises, and it feels like the rear is gonna pop out or something. Eibach mentioned some sort of regulating rod that should have came w/ the kit, but I bought it used and only got keys/ springs. Do I need straps? What is the purpose of the shock relocater? Anybody have a fix?

you need the relocators for the shocks i have them here on stock.

also the rods you have to shorten which you can do easy. pull the rods off the back sensors and make them 3 inches from center to center.
