kGot a hit on some running boards for sale for $200 obo and I'm hoping they can fit our Tahoes. They came of a chevy truck same year model. Any one know if they will bolt up or may be able to make some mods and it be worth it for my Tahoe.

Pretty sure these are the set. Checking RBPs website they don't list anything for a Tahoe just the trucks. I hope they can fit. I may ask if he has them off the truck and see if he is willing to let me see if they will fit somehow.

Dont know if you looked under but there are about 5-6 u shaped brackets with body bolts spaced evenly under there...im guessing it depends where those bolt up what body truck they came off extended, crew, etc. post after you find out. I hate stock onesand when I took my off drivers side my wife and kids kept falling out of truck ......seriously i was cracking up one day......

lol not sure if I should laugh or not.

The ones that he has are for a 4 door Chevy 1500 I looked up the install instructions and it looks to be about the same as all the others iv installed on ford and all. I'm almost temped to get them and try and make the work. Shoot for 200 bones it would be worth it to have the only Tahoe with some RBP steps.

Gottem! 150$ I'm pretty sure I can make these work. The brackets look very similar to our factory style.

It will take some work but I think I can do it. Once I have a full day to tear mine off and see how these will sit I'll then have to figure out how to bolt them on. I need to go check out that guys truck myself to see if he has a couple of the brackets bolted to his truck still. There are a couple braces that help hold most of the weight it seems like.

Or I can make my one braving out of some angle iron or call RBP to buy a full install kit. Not sure how much that will cost but I'm thinking at least another $100

I have 4 you can have for shipping if you need to make something work with yours also....

Let me look at where I'm at and I may get those from you. I don't want to part mine out. I read somewhere people like the factory running boards off out trucks. I'm actually 50/50 with the stock ones myself.
