question bout my Tahoe

i have a 2007, no motor mods (but i do want a cai just havent decided wich one yet) 22/35/305 wheels and tires 2/3 drop. Is the ecu gonna help me out? i get about 13 mpg right now and i drive really slow cause of wheel shake but i just got my new rims yesterday so all thats gonna change. is it for gas mileage? power? does it void warranty?

I have an extra ecu i picked up from a member here so im gonna do it here very soon.

We have a few different tuning options to choose from, but being that you are in San Diego, you might want to opt for an inperson tune.
