Question about Performance chips (All Kind)

I have a 2002 Yukon Denali and I am very new to moding! I just picked up a superchip flashpaq and I am cool with the performace outcomes. (Maybe because I don't know any better LOL) My question is about shift points and shift firmness. How do I know where to set my shift points and shift firmness? I am trying to get the most out of the performance so where should set these two options? What do you have yours set at and why? Thanks in advance.

If you want the most out of it you should return it and order a custom Black Bear. Also, the people in the 02-06 forum can help you better. This one is for 07 up.
