Push bar / bumper for winch

Curious, what solutions do you guys have. I've got a 2001 z71 tahoe and would like to put a winch on. If there is a cool pushbar setup and or simple clean winch integration with mostly stock?

I found this and think it's totally awesome... I like that can retain factory look. However, I'm not sure I like a winch down that low. Anybody have experience with them?

It's a adapter that allows you to put the winch where the crappy plastic wind diffuser goes at bottom of bumper.
