As I posted in the What you did to your GMT900 post. I have stared the Z06 brake upgrade. I have so far ordered the Brackets and the Z06 yellow calipers. Next I will be getting the Baer 15" rotors. Trying to find best price and if I want to get the 2 piece ones. I will have a write up as well for it. I know this has been brought up before. But I have talked to Rudy a guy on PerformanceTruck.net that made the bracket said he has people install on NNBS without any issues. So this is going to be a try.

Yeah I def will. So far I have paid 150 for brackets I think they are usually 200 or so and yellow Z06 calipers I got for 525. I talked to Baer for the 15" rotors and they will be 450 for the fronts.

Why don't you just order double of everything and let me know how much I owe you...

Haha. I think the total should be right around 1100-1200. Still a lot cheaper then Wilwoods. But nice thing is you can piece it together shop around for better deals. I really wanted Yellow calipers and still a great price for brand new ones. But I saw some grey ones on there that were going for 350.

This is a great idea.
Can you provide links to the sources you have been speaking of?
What's the smallest size wheel that they will fit?

Thanks

yeah once I have everything finalized I will have links and prices. Smallest wheels you can run will still be 20's.

Had them on my NBS. Nice project that you can piece together little by little to get a pretty cool end result, something very unique. Sad that Rudy won't be making these brackets anymore. Were you able to score the rear ones too? Snag em while you can!!

Nice choice on the yellow calipers. That oughta look pretty nifty on that Esky!

Ain't seen it done on a NNBS. Besides, atleast I can try to offer assistance. I know my install was a ***** with my lowered spindles. Had to do a lot of grinding.

Yeah Rudy actually just made a new batch of them. You had Mcgh spindles didn't you Robbie? From Rudy I heard they are a ***** to work with but with Beltech's they haven't been that bad.. But we will see. I should get my parts in soon and I will test the brackets once I get them in. But he said he has had people install them on NNBS without any issues. But still haven't seen or heard of anyone. So this will be a project. Also like I said "IF" these don't fit. I will my brother redesign the brackets to work with NNBS. I will let him tweek Rudy's brackets.
