@JayceeP the "rebates" are why depreciation for the big 3 sucks. If you buy a 2017 the day it comes out you're going to pay sticker. If you buy a 2017 the day 2018s come out, you're going to get close to 10k off sticker without even haggling.
Flip that for a Toyota, the most you'll get off in the first 6 months is 750 if you're lucky. The most you will ever get is 1500 off.
That's just in incentives obviously. Dealers will make other deals but they're cutting into their profit. I'd like to know what the dealer I bought from made on my Tahoe. The dealers here couldn't touch it. I got mine for 3k below supplier price, and 1500 below employee price. The dealer here said he had no idea how they were able to price it so low and that's why they were trying to get that exact Tahoe rather than one similar, they wouldn't have been able to price it like that.
