Looks like a diagonal strike where his bumper caught more of your sheet metal than anything. Based on very similar damage when my neighbor hit a cow head-on, I'd say it's totaled. His was a really clean LTZ (higher value) and had no frame damage, but was still totaled just from the sheet metal damage and air bag deployment. His body shop owner friend bought it and had it mint in about a week and dailys it now.

Yours was hit in a vulnerable position so the front is likely racked out of square.

Sorry for your loss.

First thing to is find all invoices/receipts for any and all repairs and parts add extra value to the total claim. Next start looking for Tahoe's in the area with close to same mileage, year, and options (you added or was added) and print the ads.

My local salvage yard just posted a 2012 Tahoe for part out that was hit in the same place as mine but seemed like it had less damage. It's a shame because I would have been interested in the leather front seats from that unit...
