Power wheel tilt completely dead

So I just finished installing my new setup with 4 channels and subs. I put everything back together and I go to tilt the wheel and its completely dead. I didn't touch any electronical near it, just ran some power wire in front of the steering column. If anyone has any input that would be great. Thanks
