Possible to access trailering app without advanced/max tow?

Is it possible to access the Trailering app within the infotainment if my vehicle did not come equipped with Advanced trailering or max tow packages? For the record, I wanted them but they were on constraint.

Looking at the All Apps menu in the settings, I can see a "Trailering" app - though this may just be the Trailer Lights app that shows up in the normal apps list.

Is it possible to download it or have it activated if it's already in the vehicle but disabled (a la Tesla capabilities)?

If anyone else with Max Tow is willing, can you look in your Apps and Permissions menu, then All Apps and see if you have a Trailering app like the one above? If so, is the app sie greater than 2.15MB? Do you have more than one Trailering app running?

I have factory Max Tow pkg on a '22 Yukon XL SLE Duramax - My "trailering app" is also version 1.0.
