Does the center high mount brake light work?

If not, disconnect the brake switch connector and check for voltage on the orange wire (circuit 140) to a ground. If it works, probe the white wire (17), apply brakes and check for voltage. If no voltage there, suspect brake switch. If no voltage on the orange, look for an open in the wire back to the fuse panel.

If the center light does work, check for voltage at white wire (17) at the turn signal connector #266, cavity A1 with brakes applied. If you have 12V, I’d suspect the turn signal switch (turn signal, wiper, cruise stalk).
