After I took out the rear bump stops...this is how low the entire truck sits....
The front is LIFTED as high as it will go via torsion bar crank..the bolt is maxed out..all the way up...so the front end can still go MUCH lower!

I still dont like how much the back end bounces...even after the free travel mod...will helper bags help in ride quality?

lemme know what you guys think about how it turned out.......

When I ordered my kit in '04 McGaughys told me that a 3/5 wasn't possible with AWD so I bought a 2/3..........Big F***ing Mistake!!!!:emotions122:

Sadly....Thats the last time it was ever that clean :( ...lol

2 inch drop spindles, and new torsion keys (cranked ALL the way up for MAXIMUM height)

It should do the same for anyone that has the same set up

I've lowered the front to tuck a little bit of tire tread while sitting still now

A question to all the 3/5 droppers

Having spoken to Tim about my forthcoming drop, I'm just curious as to why you would want to sacrifice the ride quality just for an extra inch or 2 of drop?

I agree it looks good but in most cases I've read, everyone seems to say it rides like shit!! Especially as the roads up here in the NE are full of holes everywhere

I want my truck to look good but NOT at the expense of a bad ride. For me, it defeats the whole object of getting a big truck in the first place.

I want a big truck that looks good and drives good too.

I'd be interested in hearing your opinions on this.

Thanks JD

Wait two weeks and I'll have a full writeup regarding my 5/7 drop. Ultimate goal is to have the lowest awd static drop without sacrificing ride quality. My current drop rides great, just needs to be lower and it's a ***** to do it proper.
