I'm going nuts and hope anyone can help. Sorry for bumping old threads on this but I'm at a loss here. On my 2018 Yukon Denali, the key fobs work great, interior door lock buttons work great, and driver's side door passive lock buttons work. However, the passenger side exterior passive lock/unlock buttons will not work. I've replaced the radio antenna amplifier and the range is better but the two passive locks won't work. The dealership tried replacing one of the door handles to see if the works and no luck. For the record, both fobs are on their third brand new battery.
Please, I'm hoping someone else may not where to look. I'm at a loss. I've got an OBD2 scanner en route that will allow me to clear codes if they show up but my cheaper scanner didn't show anything. Should I try a new car battery? Unhook the battery and let it clear out? Are there certain fuses I should try? The fuse for passive lock/unlock would cause all four doors to act up if it was faulty, correct?
