Your able to buff the scratches from 2000 out? I can still see them in the right light. Maybe I need more aggressive compounds?I’ve never gone higher than 2000, always wet.
Mothers California gold 2 part, compound and polish.6" DAWhat are you using for compound and machine?
Yes,a hole opened up in the back allowing water in.You can see in the pic above 733a.I covered it and will seal from the back with something, silicone or the like.Did you weld around the fuel door? Just wondering because I have a spot of rust on that side...

Goggle says Bracket retainer nut. What are these thread clips called? They go into the square hole around the fender and rear fascia.
Is there a special clear for headlights? You did a pretty good job. You definitely should clear the headlights after wet sanding them. Make sure you use something with uv protection in it.
Not really sure. Maybe you can inquire at a place that sells body shop supplies? When I used to do them for my business I'd use a 2 part clear that I'd apply with a limitless towel. It had a uv blocker in it. Unfortunately I used to buy it from the trade school I went to, and they rebottled with their own name on it.Is there a special clear for headlights?
