Sometimes when a code was set is a question mark for those not experienced in reading them, which can throw your diagnostic process off.

Maybe consider re-installing the factory intake, clear the codes and start over?

Also, #4 is an AFM cylinder, so maybe pop the passenger side valve cover off and make sure the rockers on number 4 are nice and solid.

Yeah can fix things but when comes to more complex codes i get thrown off my game. Ill try installing it first see if any changes. Nd by checking the rockers you mean like wiggle em see if its different from the rest of the cylinders?

Also clean the MAF with MAF cleaner. Aftermarket CAIs can allow dirt or oil to contaminate.

Checking the rocker to make sure one of the lifters on #4 hasn't collapsed. AFM lifters are can collapse (a failure) and the net result is the valve on that lifter never opens. It results in a hard misfire on the cylinder. The rocker will be loose (kind of flopping around a little) as there won't be any pressure on the pushrod.

If an AFM lifter is collapsed, at a minimum, when you crank the engine with the valve cover off, you will see that rocker not operating properly.
