Mmm, it says everywhere that it's for the NBS Denalis.

How important is that compatibility stuff with exhaust tips anyway?
As long as the inlet diameter is 3" does it really matter?

Do you have to cut off the resonator for this? I love the tip but don't want it any louder.

I listened to the Volant tip (slp will be the same) with the res delete on youtube:

[yt]uNVwv9Gjt0M[/yt]

Honestly it doesn't sound that much louder than mine does now ... but I'll talk to the guys at the exhaust shop and I'm going to try to preserve the res. But if the final choice has to be between keeping that abomination that's on there now with res and the tips without res, I'll live with it a little louder. :)

Aaaaaaaaaaaand done!!!

web.jpg

All my exterior mods:

- Res delete and SLP dual tip in.
- G4 tails/color matched base appliqués instead of G5s/esky apps.
- Esky 3rd (still waiting for the full led one to get back to me)
- Nitto 420s 305/50R20s
- Symmetrical rebadging
- Esky mirrors

Pending:

- Retrofit

That's it for now.

I for one think she looks perfect for my taste ... elegant yet aggressive.

Cheers!

Liked the G5s and esky appliques better. Sorry I just had to say it.:)

No need to be sorry, many folks agree with you ... I just happen to prefer the less angular lines of the G4s and regular appliques for I find them more harmonious with the lines of the Yukon. :Handshake:

Thanks ... and if I ever figure out what 22s I like, the floaters will go.

Plus, I happen to really like 'em.
