Oil Filter - PF46 of PF48?

Had the dealer do a LOF on my Denali today and noticed the filter they put on was a PF48 instead of the PF46 I'm used to...

Anyone have experience with this or know if this is the correct filter? I know that the NNBS trucks use the 48 and I want to make sure I have no surprises!

Being the OCD guy that I am, I put the truck on ramps to make sure...PF46...gotta love it when the documentation doesn't reflect what they actually did. At least they got the Mobil 1 correct...
