Oil cooler lines question

I changed my oil cooler lines the other day and they fit loosely at the oil adapter. I can pull them in and out about an 1/8" roughly and spin the lines. I pushed them in until i heard click from the retaining clip and slip the plastic caps over and they clicked too. Weird the lines feel loose.

I drove the truck around yesterday and today and on the highway no leaks.

Should i be worried?

Also does it matter which oil line goes where because I forgot to pay attention to the order when i took them off.

as long as they are sealed you should be fine and the placement in proper position is important.
