Everynow and then if I'm turning at 5mph in a parking lot or something and brake the abs will kick in, i just release and re-brake and its been ok but I'd like to address it
Anyone have something similar?

I recently helped out a buddy on a Denali and the problem were the abs sensors on the wheels. His was worse it would do it while turning at any speed, when he used his brakes. He got all four just incase.

Its your speed sensors. Was a big problem on vehicles in the snowbelt. Rust gets on the knuckles and axles and makes the sensor move away from the reluctor rings in the axle / hub, making the computer think that one wheel is traveling at a different speed than the rest. You can do one of two things:

1: buy new sensors
2: save money, remove each sensor, clean it (carefully) and clean the area around the hole which it goes in, and reinstall it. 9 times out of 10 this will work just fine

Ok I'm glad this is at least something others have experience with.

TYF has a writeup for cleaning abs sensors on an nbs tahoe (link below) can i assume this is the same procedure for the nnbs?

Also can yall provide a link to or part number(s) for the abs sensors if I need/decided to buy OEM replacements?

Thanks!
