NPR app sign in

Has anyone been able to sign into the NPR app in the infotainment system? It gives you an activation code with six characters to enter in online, but the Wheel on the infotainment screen just keeps spinning. It never seems to login correctly. Thanks all

I know this is an old post but I am having this same issue now, in a different brand vehicle. Did you ever figure out the solution to this?
