Another thing I noticed is that the fog without the metal and the glass is brighter than one with the "metal thing". So, I'm planning to open the other fog light, remove the metal and put the glass back via silicon. Ebay sells the glass part for $ 15.

Got a link to said Ebay auction? I tried searching for fog light glass but no luck.
