im looking at the pics and looks like they gave you the wrong offset. they make a 20mm which sticks out of the fenderwells and the 30mm which does not.

The wheel stick out past the edge a lil bit. The face of the wheel which would be machined on the machined version is raised up a lil bit

if you can check the back of the rim make sure says 30 that front seems to stick out past the well. or you can check the backspacing.
