Non-stop windshield wipers

During a rain storm a few days ago, I noticed that when I try to turn off my wipers the wipers never stop unless i shut off the car and restart it. Ive seen threads on this before but no one seems to have a fix for it.

wiper circuit board. If you are good with a soldering iron you can repair it yourself. Most just buy the updated circuit board cover; that is if it's still available.

Yea I'm horrible at soldering anything..... I'll check to see if I can buy the updated board. It sucks not being able to drive my truck during light rain.....
