I just installed a set of solid motor mounts from MetalTek out of Michigan. After 2 weeks of Google and YouTube searches, as well as this forum I pulled the trigger on these. As you stated, there are dozens of driver's side replacement videos, but only one in the passenger side. It took about 12 hours, start to finish, but I did do some extra work.
I'll be posting a video on YouTube in a a few days or so.
My question is......... The vibration??? At about 1100+- rpms, I get a noticable vibration. Example...... Acceleration to 35 mph, in drive, 4th gear, it "Chatters". Same thing at 50+-. If I use the manual shift, kick up the rpms, it's as smooth as silk.
Any feedback!?
Here's a link to the MetalTek site.

At 1100 rpms! I would have thought any vibrations would be (more) noticeable at low idle..

Does it ever do it in 1-3?

Check to make sure all bolts are tight...

Transmission mount?

Regardless of gear or speed, it Chatters/vibrates at 1100. All bolts are torqued properly. I'm leaning towards the water pump. A few tell tale signs, weep hole, loose pulley.
I'll update later today.

not this suv but I have harder than oem mounts on my c6 and that's how they feel. like resonate across the car as it hits the right rpm.

it's very annoying. the rubber hummer mount I put on the yukon didn't cause that, but I've only done the drivers side so far. mixture of lazy and mounts being 300$ each haha.

Same thing at about 50MpH. If I use the manual shift, kick up the MpH, it's as smooth as silk.

Change the ATF. Your TCC clutch, or some other clutch may be wearing its way out.

Wasn't the water pump then? Might try driving around with belt removed to rule out all accessories..

Got the video of the MetalTek motor mounts.
Pretty sure I have another torque converter taking a crap. Glad I installed the mounts, at least it's let me know I have a problem.

Not the water pump. I replaced that this weekend. It was under warranty by O'Reilly's. Sobit was just labor.
