New AT4 Order

On March 6th I ordered an AT4 w/o the air suspension or trailer package. It was a dealer allocation and shows 1100 in the system. Does anyone know how long it will take before it’s built and sent to the dealer?

WOW! Was told it would be a shorter wait without the airlift and trailer package. Just curious, are you saying that because it’s the timeframe listed on the Donlen website?

I don’t think they’ll build it. I could not get the max trailering pkg on my Tahoe because of the semiconductor/chip issue

I agree with this. I'm seeing lots of non-Air Ride/Max Trailering units sitting on local lots (Central Texas) in the mid-$60k's right now. Jump on one of those that's right for you.

I don’t think they’ll build it. I could not get the max trailering pkg on my Tahoe because of the semiconductor/chip issue

I’ve found three in my area and all of them are “in transit” and all dealers are trying to **** you with charging over MSRP or adding non-negotiable dealer add-on. Had one dealer quote me a OTD price of 84k....for a vehicle w/ a MSRP of 73,295

Typical pre-pandemic timeframes were usually 8-12 weeks. Decreased production due to pandemic and also slower shipping also due to the pandemic has ballooned the wait times. It might be less than 16, but I wouldn't guarantee it. Also, did your dealer say they had an open allocation? If they had one, they should have had a suspected TPW (Target Production Week), though not guaranteed until GM actually accepts the order into production. (your status of 1100 does not indicate that the order is accepted by GM, only that the dealer created the order successfully)

Just got word from my dealer that my order was accepted by GM as part of their allocation. He said if he had to guess the build date will be the second week of April!!!!! WOO-FCKING-WOOOOO

I ordered a Tahoe duramax with a dealer allocation. It took 3 weeks from the dealer order to get a build week from Chevy. My build is week of March 29 with 2-3 weeks after that for the unit to show up at the dealer.
