need help contacting slrmotorsports

i have ordered a chip. recived confirmination, paid xtra shipping tried contacting them through e-mail no response. anybody have experence with them or there products.

I had a SLR chip in my 1997 tahoe. It worked ok... wasnt the greatest. I actually contacted them to ask if i could stack the chip on a programmer, and they responded within a day or two.
