I think you have successfully made him a car guy.
And a believer in people.
Looks so much better. I was out there today too. Put on a cat heat shield on my y pipeThere must be something seriously wrong with me, I pick the coldest day of the year to work on the outside of the Hoe today...19 degrees and 30 mph winds can't stop the mod bug lol
I FINALLY got sick and tired of looking at that stupid roof rack, off it came and straight into the dumpster lol...I also removed that Lund rear roof spoiler but I held onto it for now, I may have plans for it

Yeah, I love when that happens. Supposed to hit 60 one day next week, we'll see! Thanks, dude that wind was ridiculous today! I ate lots of dirt as well as shit falling in my eyes from running the wire loom lol
Good job on the bracket. The stickers are just plastic and they suck! Those fogs look similar to my setup. View attachment 75921 View attachment 75922 View attachment 75923
Honestly I'm not really sure, but they're bolted to the lower plastic valance, so I'd think a little bit, but it's somewhat thick plastic, so I can't see it bouncing too much. I don't use them very often either. That's exactly how I wanted to mount them but wasn't sure if they would bounce around and blind oncoming traffic...do yours bounce around?

Gotta defog those parking lights!
Maybe. All your clips holding it to the bumper still nice and tight?
Really nice work, i just read your whole build. Looks really good, reminds me of my black '01 ls barn door hoe and i really miss that truck. Drove all 3 kids home from the hospital after they were born and they grew up in it. I made mine look like an 06 on the outside, other than the cai and torsion bar lift it was stock.
My father was FDNY and i grew up in a firehouse too.
Was a good thing you did for your neighbors kid, nice guy.
Good luck with the '01 and thank you for service, miltary and 1st resp.
