There must be something seriously wrong with me, I pick the coldest day of the year to work on the outside of the Hoe today...19 degrees and 30 mph winds can't stop the mod bug lol

I FINALLY got sick and tired of looking at that stupid roof rack, off it came and straight into the dumpster lol...I also removed that Lund rear roof spoiler but I held onto it for now, I may have plans for it

After that I decided to lay on the ice cold ground and install the 6'' led light bars as fog lights...that was a real PIA! weather wise

I also installed a 22'' led light bar I had laying around on the push bar, it was so cold my hands went numb and I accidentally dropped and broke the brand new 24'' light bar

Looks so much better. I was out there today too. Put on a cat heat shield on my y pipe;), we have a visual for cats in nj still. I ate a lot of dirt under the Hoe today with all those wind gusts.

After running new wires and a wire loom, I got it all nice and neat and tied up...don't know wtf happened but 1 light is not working lol...way too cold to fix it today, I'll wait till it goes above 32 degrees

After sitting in the truck with the heat blasting to regain the feeling on my finger tips I remounted the punisher skull(half assed) and called it a day

That's exactly how I wanted to mount them but wasn't sure if they would bounce around and blind oncoming traffic...do yours bounce around?
Honestly I'm not really sure, but they're bolted to the lower plastic valance, so I'd think a little bit, but it's somewhat thick plastic, so I can't see it bouncing too much. I don't use them very often either.

Maybe your valance is on tighter than mine, I had lots of wiggle on mine, that's why I had to make my own bracket

Really nice work, i just read your whole build. Looks really good, reminds me of my black '01 ls barn door hoe and i really miss that truck. Drove all 3 kids home from the hospital after they were born and they grew up in it. I made mine look like an 06 on the outside, other than the cai and torsion bar lift it was stock.
My father was FDNY and i grew up in a firehouse too.
Was a good thing you did for your neighbors kid, nice guy.
Good luck with the '01 and thank you for service, miltary and 1st resp.
