since i didn't see it, i have to ask, what do you mean when you say 'lost sight'?

While driving down the freeway I started coughing so hard that I had lack of oxgyn and momentarily lost my vision. but didn't pass out. I was able to slowly move off the freeway with out hitting anyone. But unfortunatley (or maybe fortunately as i was able to get my tahoe upgraded) I ended up hitting the wall before my vision came back.
