Multiple Codes Possible ECM?

pretty much all of these codes popped up. the dashboard it was acting weird, doors was locking and unlocking by themselves. Was shifting hard between first and second and wouldn’t go over 35 mph. My question is would the negative battery cable cause all of this ? Pretty much the same thing happened about four years ago when I replace the negative battery cable only difference is I didn’t get a chance to see if there was codes on it back then. This started happening last week, then it was fine all week and it started one time today. Now it seems to be acting fine again I’m really lost any and all suggestions would be appreciated …… also I believe something could be loose but I don’t know where to start. Was driving fine and I hit a pothole and everything immediately start acting up

I would say you're on the right track George. Check even the positive cable, the battery terminals with a socket and all the big grounds. I didn't tighten my terminals to the battery enough and over the course of a month or so they backed themselves off causing gremlins until I realized my mistake.

So I’m starting to believe I may have a failing ecm, one of the codes also was u0073 which means a connect was lost, gonna get a voltmeter and do some testing based on this video I found, still any clues would also be appreciated

I would say you're on the right track George. Check even the positive cable, the battery terminals with a socket and all the big grounds. I didn't tighten my terminals to the battery enough and over the course of a month or so they backed themselves off causing gremlins until I realized my mistake.
I took the negative cable off and cleaned, I was picking my fiancé up and started no problem I didn’t move 100 yards and it start acting up again, then same codes came up and I cleared them, was fine till I got home I’m thinking it could be a failing ecm

It could be. I figured since it happened with a bump, it might be cables... You know what, why don't you try reseating the connectors to the ECM and BCM? The grounds and cables could have cause a loss of communication, but so could the connectors being jarred. For that matter, even the under hood fuse box could be the source.

0F32F958-6F7C-41E1-A040-D6223520363E.jpegOk so this is the omhs at pin 6 and 14 which is supposed to tell me there is good connection to the ecm I got to do further testing I only had a few mins cause I’m still at work.

Where’s the bcm located? I’d give that a shot too, I know I got to check a few things in that fuse box as well

So according to the one video when I check the voltage it’s supposed to be 2.5 around there. And this is where I’m at. He did say that having a key off and doing the ohm test is better. He didn’t say if I should have the key in the on position when I’m checking the voltage or not so I’ll try that later this is just update

I haven't heard of doing any voltage test other than for 12v, other than that a ohm test would simply tell you if the lan bus is intact or not.
if you have the "mega" fuse on yours (firewall next to battery) I would check/clean/replace that, check your battery cables and grounds.
check the fuse box, the contacts on the bottom can get corroded
ecm harness can get corroded
