Good evening all,
2005 GMC Yukon SLT
Just put back together after a full strip and paint job (done by my son and I). After a few days on the road I have the following codes;

#1 B0077, left front side impact sensor (SIS) performance

#2 B0078, right front side impact sensor (SIS) performance

#3 U1301, Class 2 data link high

#4 C0455, No DTC definition found. See service manual

#5 P0455, Evaporative Emission System Leak Detected (Gross Leak / No Flow)

The first two I believe are caused by the sensor in the doors that were removed. I am wondering if there is a way to pull the sensor and test, and/or how to check the wiring to the sensors. These have never been seen until the body work. PXL_20230924_190058617.jpgPXL_20230924_190105231.jpg

The third and fourth I have no idea. Are the possibly related to the first two? These have never been seen until the body work. PXL_20230924_190112498.jpgPXL_20230924_190119288.jpg

The fifth is on going. Well once a year right before I need to get smog passed for registration. I currently have an after market locking gas cap installed. I am assuming that once I re-install the OEM gas cap this will clear after a few run cycles. Or not...PXL_20230924_190130767.jpg

I look forward to the input from the forum. I am still compiling pictures of the paint job work we did and the final product. It turned out pretty good for a first timer, on the side of my buddies house using a $20 Harbor Freight gun... Thanks in advance.

Did you probably forgot to connect the connector of the evap vent valve, which is located near the tank and the rear axle concerning the P0455?

Or you forgot to connect the evap hoses at the tank, the carbon canister, or the vent valve...

I wouldn't worry about the history codes, since you've had a lot of stuff disconnected. They passed the last cycle, so just monitor for them. If there's not an active issue they'll go away, or you can clear them with your reader.

Great point. I'll clear them with the reader and see what happens. Thanks Fless.
