Hopefully, I explain this clearly enough so it may help others.
I recently fixed several problems such as intermittent/weak horns, inop front washer pump, and other random problems. After lots of fruitless troubleshooting, I was trying to test the horn relay (which I still haven't found). However, I heard a click sound coming from under the fuze tray. I raised the fuze tray up and not finding any obvious problems I reinserted it. The horns sounded loud and proud finally and the front washer pump started working. Apparently it was either a weak connection or I reset the computer.
