2004 Tahoe Z71, 216k miles. Just bought it a couple months back with 214k miles. So far so good. Changed all the fluids & shocks, & 1 blend door actuator, but that's it... No problems thus far (except for minor stuff) & the truck runs & shifts great. ***crosses fingers***
250765 as of a couple of hours ago in my 03 XL.
Wouldn't buy an Expedition/Durango etc. with such miles, regardless of the condition, but have no problem with a GMT800 with such miles as long as it looks like it's been taken care of.

I hit 130,000 on my '05 on 4/3/15.
Since I bought it new, I've averaged 14,444 miles per year.
Repairs: water pump, pitman arm, idler arm, inner/outer tie rods around 120k
Changed all fluids every 50k (diff, coolant, trans, etc) and I've run M1 HM since 75k
Items that have failed:
sunroof drip rail came off track and broke the guide rails so sunroof is currently inop
PRND321 indicator won't light up at all
the housing cracked on one of the washer fluid pumps and had to be replaced
