I just took delivery on my 2013 Tahoe LTZ yesterday. I decided on Summit White with Ebony Interior. (I will try to get some daylight shots tomorrow.)

24" Gloss White Rims Tires from ebay seller

I was hesitant to buy my wheels/tires off of ebay, but I talked to the guy on the phone and he was very professional and answered all of my questions. So, we shall see, I'll let you know how it goes.

I plan to debadge/demold this weekend.

I really dislike the wood grain on the interior. I have been doing a lot of researching on the best way to change it. I was considering changing it all to the Z71 trim, but too expensive and a pain in the ass to source all the parts. I think I am going to go with the 3m vinyl DI-NOC carbon fiber. Ordered some samples tp help me decide on a color.

I was thinking about white to go with the exterior, but afraid it might look "tacky" on the inside. Any thoughts?

Blazed, your truck led to my decision to go white. I've been lurking here on the forum for months now. I have a picture of your truck on my phone that I show everyone and tell them, "This is what I want to do to my tahoe when I get it!"

Is a modded vehicle every really DONE?

Thanks for the welcome! I'll post some pics of the truck tomorrow when I can get some daylight shots, even though we all know what a bone stock LTZ looks like, **yawn** BORING! Can't wait to get started on the mods!

Definetly meant as a compliment!

No plans yet, I used to be big into the audio on a couple previous rides, but I don't know how much I would get to flex it with the baby in the back seat. LOL. I might throw in one of those stealth boxes in the rear for a little mre bass, but I don't want to give up the little bit of cargo space I have behind the third row. The stock Bose doesn't sound too bad at a moderate volume, no real bass though.

just dynamat your doors and upgrade door speakers headunit and get the jl audio under console stealth box bam you got your self a baby/cargo safe audio system

---------- Post added at 12:34 AM ---------- Previous post was at 12:33 AM ----------

The Jl stealthbox sucks for the price just have a shop fabricate one up for under the console and stick a decent sub in there or spend a little more and fabricate it in the third row window and get a alpine type r sub or W6 you'll be happy or just dynamat and upgrade your speakers or both

Yeah, I was thinking about the rear stealth box, I think there's already a sub under the console but I don't think it's much if one. Don't want to swap the head unit, wanna keep the stock nav, but don't know how hard it would be to add a powered sub with the stock unit. Haven't thought much about audio yet.

What do you guys think about changing the wood grain to white carbon fiber or do you think I should stick to black?

Thanks for the advice! I've got a buddy with a plasma cutter, might try to tackle it this weekend.

Tony, the dates you quoted me earlier today, were those the dates they would ship or the dates you estimate them arriving to me?

Got window tint put on front passenger windows Wednesday. Went with 28%. 50% is the legal limit here in Va. Have 35% on my Honda and I have never been hassled, we'll see how the 28% goes.

Tony's lowering kit arrived yesterday. Hope to have some time to put it in Monday or Tuesday.

She needs a bath right now, I'll snap some pics of the tint after I get her cleaned up this afternoon.

Tony, should I paint the spindles before I put them on the truck? They are all oiled up, it was hard to tell if they were already coated with something or if its bare steel.

Been looking at Corsa exhaust, do they make a kit for 2013, it looks like it stops at 2011?

Ordered the Airaid Jr Intake last night.
