hi new here, i own a stock 2000 tahoe limited and want to lower it as much as possible without bagging and sacrificing ride quality well nothing too harsh..i checked out belltech and all they offer is a 3/4 drop kit but i want to go lower then that. hope u guys would school me on suspension since im new to all this lowering suvs. ive read about flip kits for the rear but when i looked into it belltech only has them for the two door. oh and another tip i dont do any towing at all...if that even matters..if i could us a pic to support how low i want to go it would be exactly like how roadrage's tahoe limited sits hes on the sticky thread for the 2010 calendar.. well hope u guys can give some advise and point me to the right direction on a set up...thanks

whats up man i stay in daly city, im always in the city tho. if u can help me out on how to lower my tahoe that be cool. Help as in what parts i need...i can do the front of my truck but i dont have any tools to accomplish the rear(like notching) if u know any shops let me know...and is 5/7 on my tahoe too low and is it even possible to lower it that low without having any problems in the long run.. how do u get a 5in drop up front? i couldnt find any 3in drop coils to go with 2in drop spindles...well if anything, id probably go with a drop u recommend

what tires do you have on it. You ever hit up the street races we go to serramonte all the time both of my Trailblazers ss's

I do all the drop stuff also.

3 inch coils and 2 inch spindles in front rear flip kit and shackles. Honestly 4/6 i think you will be more than happy with front 2 inch spindles and 2 inch springs djm and rear flip kit. I get both belltech and DJM so either way I hvae the cheapest prices shipped hands down.

what wheels are you running/tire sizes

Thanks.. It's OK for a daily driver that just turned over 100K. I could use a sparkly new paint job though. I like yours too are those 24's because I was thinking about sqeezing 24's on mine.

actaully ive sold here and installed many 5/7 belltech kits and works great

front belltech spindles/3 inch drop springs
rear flip kit with shackles and notch

no issues and ride is nice with the street performance shocks. Even teh djm front set up rides great and is cheaper

im riding 3/5 on 275/40/20. rides great and was able to use 1" shackles after springs so i didnt have to flip it. still may one day but 3/5 is a good height i think
