I have seen on more than one account people using the stock torsion bar keys from an HD to lower the front of these older hoes. My question is how far of a drop will that be and how much will the rear need to sit level? The reason I'd like to do this with the keys is because I have roughly 10 sets of these keys laying around the shop and why not...right?

Should give you a 2" could go up to 3" but then your ride quality will really suffer. Then some 3"-4" coils will sit it level

no more than an inch and a half or it'll ride bad and your camber will be WAY off and will need to get a camber kit. Then you'll need 3" drop springs in the rear.

you could do spindles and keys up front, and then 5" springs in the rear. You'd probably want the DJM rear kit and probably have to cut the bump stops as well

just spindles then. will ride 100% like stock and just need to swap spindles. Do the Belltech spindles.
