Excessive force damage possible here on the lock cylinder. You may get the key to turn by wiggling and jiggling Key and pulling steering at the same time. Mentioning this because I believe key must be in Run to remove cylinder after depressing lock strip/tab. Don't turn key back to off, otherwise some major surgery reqired. Good luck!
