Finished my 2024 Yukon XL AT4 build today!

Got the 3" ReadyLift, Fuel Covert 18x9 +1 offset, and 295/70r18 Mickey Thompson Baja Boss ATs (34.6"x11.7").

Note if you just do the ReadyLift and try to put back on the OEM wheels/tires, you need a 1/4 spacer in the front to clear the upper control arms. The tire was sitting on the ball joint prior to the spacers.

To get the new wheels and tires on, I had to trim back the plastic bumper on the front side of the front wheels and zip tie back the liner, as well as cut back the lower lip of the liner slightly. In the rear of the front wheel wells, I removed the "mudflap" bracket, and had a local metal fabrication shop bend the outer edge back toward the frame, then reinstalled and zip tied the liner back. I didn't want to remove the bracket completely in case it's there for some sort of collision safety. No rubbing anywhere at full lock and maybe a 1/4" of extra room to spare. Happy with how it turned out, rides great. Hope this helps someone in the future.

Modified bracket:
Good job on the bracket mod. Its not a mudflap bracket like some people say. Pretty sure the parts list calls it a frame extension. Not sure why it's there, but I surmise it helps with the small Overlap Front crash test and minimizes jamming the wheel into the cab.

I used shims to angle the bracket, but did have plans to get them modified like you did.

2025 Tahoe RST 3.0 diesel with a front 2.25" lift, rear is 2" in photo. I have since lowered the back 3/4" . So it is 1.25" rear lift.

Wheels are 24x10 Vossen HF6-1 with a +25 offset. Mounted with 295/45R24 Nitto tires = 35x11.50R24.

Pulled off the bracket behind the fender liner and self tapped the liner back to the body mount. No rubbing.

2024 Z71 with RC lift with air suspension and 35/12.50R20 Toyo AT3 tires. I did some custom fabrication on the front fender liner plastic support. I cut 1 inch out of it then plastic welded it back together to use the factory bolts. It pulled the front of the fender liner back just over an inch. Looks factory this way. The only issue is a vibration from the rear CV axles when the suspension unloads over a bump at highway speed. Not sure what I will do to correct that just yet. Maybe RCV axles?

I highly doubt rcv has axles for these things. Did the lift drop the rear diff at all?

The diff didn't drop but the droop angle is where the issue is. RCV has built axles for me before in situation like this. It's just expensive. Just thought I would see if anyone has lifted a 2024 or 2025 and get some feedback.

They are great, wish I had installed them the day one. They are heavily damped which is how they get the rough reputation but I think these big body trucks need all the damping they can get. That’s part of the reason I got 18” wheels when I went to 5100’s, to smooth out the sharp bumps.

My wife noticed the improvement immediately and there have been a couple highway construction transitions that prompted a big pucker factor but the new shocks handled it perfectly, like an old German car. Even pulling into the driveway is a noticeable improvement.

I we had the same confidence these trucks will last as long as the GMT800’s I might have shelled out for some Kings for the additional adjustability and rebuild kits but after installing these I don’t see the point.

Not lifted yet but this is the most active wheels/tires/lift thread (I think).

Stock suspension Yukon XL SLT no magneride
Fuel 20x10 -18 offset
Nitto Recon Grapplers 33x12.5 (32.5ish actual diameter)
Removed the fender bracket and trimmed the plastic piece that would overlap it
No rubbing, maybe a 1/4 inch gap in the fender so a true 33” 12.5 wide tire will be cutting it close at this offset
Do intend on doing the readylift 3”, but work garage only has 6’6” clearance (may just do it and skip the in strut spacer for the front)

Mine rubs just a little, but I don't give a $#!+... I love the look, and it stops on a dime with my 8-pot brakes.
