Had two jl 1000/1s but they got roasted, currently 2 1000w TMAs, they suck though, I figure its about 230 and change watts per sub, they are designed for 500.

Can not get the rear door to stop flexing, doesn't seem to matter how much deadened goes it in, between that and the rear window vibrating... Sounds like chit from the back, it really is embarrassing. But always something to work on haha.

make sure your RCA cables arent anywhere near your power or ground wires
i tapped holes in the floor under the back seat and put large bolts in them then underneath i soldered a terminal to the bolt and ran 0 guage from that terminal to another i bolted to the frame

run your remote wire down the drivers side with the power see if that clears up the static
my remote and power runs down the drivers side and RCA on passanger side and i dont get any static so if i had to guess the remote wire running down the same side as the RCA wires mite be the static culprit
