It won't turn out white. There is this blue film on the cluster and I don't think anybody has figured out a way to remove it. If you use white leds, it will still be blue. I know, because I have tried it.

so from what ive read, it takes 6 or 8 194s and white will still make it look blue .. and it is pretty easy nothing to solder in . just plug n play pretty much?

just a matter of putting the cluster back in and seeing what lights work and what lights dont work.. i know with the lights i got off ebay they will only work installed the right way(just have to take them out and plug them in the other way) but other then they are bright.. so how is it that factory 194 bulbs are white, and you still get a white look on the face... though you go to LED and then its blue?

This is what I've noticed. The factory bulbs are halogen and have a slightly yellow look to them. If you look closely at your cluster, it's not actually just pure white, it has a greenish tint to it. So yellowish factory bulbs + blue film = light greenish cluster. I painted over the factory bulb with blue paint and the cluster turn totally green. It was king of cool, but didn't match up with the rest of my dash.
