Kind of headlights

Can anyone help me with what type of headlight this is? It is driving me crazy because I need to set them and have not found anything about them. I thought I did but they don't have anything under the hood to move the lights, that I could see. These are on a 1999 yukon. Thanks...

How about some more pics? Especiallly underhood from top down and from rear..... There has to be a way to change bulbs or remove what is installed. Just missing the adjustment part in this pic.

that whole front end is not oem, so if there is any adjustment it will be on the backside or topside under the hood
