Well my old climate control was super worn out, and I was originally planning on just getting overlays, but I could't pass up the deal I found on CL. The trim piece was an absolute pain to get off and I was super nervous I was gonna break it, so It is staying off until i get my new 12v cover too. Here's a pic:

I also ordered new headlights, my 12v cover for the dash, and some HID's for the new headlights. Thank you Amazon for some really good deals! Next is a day or two at the detailer.

I love the 6.2, I was looking for an LTZ tahoe obviously 5.3, but the 6.2 is worth the fuel economy. She boogies when she wants lol I just prefer the tahoe front end. Idk if there's much difference between a denali and a ltz

Well I got my new headlights, HID's and intake. The intake is at my buddies, and I'll be driving up to his place in Michigan with the stock intake and home with the aftermarket intake to see how she does. Its 263 miles so it should give me a good idea.

I went to install my headlights today and got everything apart ok, but then they didn't send me the hi/lo harness so there was no way to make them work. I decided to throw my new housings on so at least it looks better, and it made a nice improvement. They look a lot clearer and are way brighter, so I'm guessing the old bulbs were, well, old! Here's some pics:
