I have seen about getting all the interior LEDs to come on with the domes while the push buttons still work. I don't know if it was in this forum or another. I have looked for it but no luck. Anyone know where it is?

Sorry.
In the dome lights there are three lights: two that light up with buttons and one that lights up with the doors opening. There is a mod that allows all three to light up with the doors opening.
probably not. the 2nd and 3rd row lights come on in the center only, not left & right & center

There ya go. Works like a charm. Have mine done for about a year now, no problems and with all leds, no problem being able to see at night or day for that matter.
And if you have the metal plates in the dome lights, take them out.
