I didn’t have anything. I installed a Prodigy P2 last night. Hooked up to camper tonight for first time, set the trailer brakes as I drove away.

If your SSV has the JL1 RPO, it came that way from the factory. It amazes me how integrated into the entire system the ITBC is. Everything from the brakes, wiring harnesses, BCM and other programmings are all different to accomodate it.
Yea mine is factory installed. Just wasn’t sure how in depth it would be to install on one without it.

Nice I have to do the same. I installed a trailer brake controller on all of my vehicles except the Tahoe. Also need a drop hitch.
