Thanks. I guess I had my brain disengaged when I saw ACV. Should have guessed it means actual cash value. Here's the challenge I've been trying to overcome. I haven't found an insurance company who will insure a car for actual cash value if 1. It technically is not a collectable or classic and 2. It will be used as a daily driver. Most, like Hagerty, simply rejected my query without any detail. They just state "Your car does not meet our criteria."
All you can do is keep calling. Maybe companies aren't doing them anymore unless the vehicle is some type of collectible or classic. I have been out of the game for about 10 years so things may have changed. Plus I live in Florida so things may be different in your state.

According to the dictionary...
"Daily" is defined as: "done, produced, or occurring every day or every weekday."

What if you skip driving on Monday holidays?
That would make your use not be every day or every weekday!

My guess is they still might have a maximum mileage cap on how many miles you can drive in a year.
Insurance companies are really sneaky when it comes to finding loopholes!
