To accommodate about 3-4 inches of lift in the rear I’ve done a few modifications to the suspension:
Adjustable Spohn panhard bar.
2007 Jeep TJ 4 inch lift sway bar links.
Rough Country rear shock extender brackets.

@Trailblazzin Here are the part numbers but I’m pretty sure you have to call for it. I called and specified which part of a particular kit I wanted and they were able to get them to me. Be aware they did not come with installation hardware so when you call be sure to ask for that also or be prepared to go get your own nuts and bolts.

@iamdub I had a hard time finding for rear sway bar links for 3-4 inches of lift. I forgot where I got the idea to use 07 TJ sway bar links from but they fit perfectly.

I had to rib ya! I'm running Jeep TJ coils in the rear for a ~4.5" drop. Also have Bilsteins spec'ed for a Jeep XJ for the rear "drop" shocks.

@jdbeard I haven't needed to change the front sway bar links yet they seem fine
