Installed - Airlift Helper Bags

Finished up in about an hour. Also swapped out my Belltech 5323 3" drop springs for Belltech 140-002 (Trailblazer) 5" drop springs.

Here's the helper bags I used. Air Lift Rear Air Spring Helper Bag Kit #60769

These can be used with any of the drop springs you get.

Here they are installed in the 5" drop springs. Even though they aren't perfectly round, they are fine. Once air goes inside them, they just about even out. A little hard getting them in, but they fit.

And I ran the lines separately instead of T'ing them together. The kit gives you the option to do either. There are a couple reasons you separate them. One is you can easily get rid of the "chevy lean" were all gm SUVs lean to the driver side. It's because the gas tank is only on the drivers side. Another reason is when you turn a corner, the air doesn't move from one side to the other. It actually helps the suspension almost like a sway bar would.

I drilled holes in the rear bumper by the trailer hitch. I have a hitch closeout so it can't be seen normally.

and then with my hitch closeout on...

less than 5psi. I'll just fill them up until it starts to raise the truck a hair, then release a little air. It's really there so it doesn't bottom out, to help the sway from side to side, and make sure each side is the same height.

I don't tow much (ever), but when you do, it's easy to fill them up and level the truck back out.

Yes, that's the one. Look up "hitch closeout"

Looks good! after months of contimplating. I swapped out my BT SP's and put my Sensatrac air shocks back in and use them since I already had them. I do a lot of towing.

These 5" drop springs are a little short, but they work fine. They were a perfect fit for my 5305 springs.

The 5305 springs need a different part number pm me ill shoot it to you guys. the ones for the belltech springs are narrower you need the wider one to give it more support for the 5305 springs.
