Looks great! What do people do for a living that far north? Are the roads nice? I want to visit some place that far north at some point. Blows my mind at the temps and snow and how people survive lol.

Lots of government and construction/trades. City is always growing fast so there is always work for everything. A lot of mines not too far out so there are those fly in and out jobs too.

Roads are +-70% pavement, where there's pavement they're great. Gravel roads are dick though lol.
