Ok, here it goes, I have a 2000 Tahoe limited Z71, almost fully done with an HSR conversion on the top end. All the wiring has been simple except for trying to find a new distributor that fits behind the intake runners. I bought a Mallory distributor that sends a Hall effect type signal back to the computer, that has a 3 pin connector: cam signal, reference & a bare ground wire. The factory wiring is : cam signal, low reference, and 12v reference. I have not tried to start the engine yet, but would like to know if this distributor will work for my conversion.. Thanks & any tips would be greatly appreciated!!
